This villa on 2 levels is located on a plot of 800m2 and a 400m2 garden, large and imposing with crystal mixed in the concrete walls, which gives a special light to the whole house and allows you to enjoy the green of the nature that Umalas has to offer to its guests. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is fully equipped and serviced. On the first floor you will find a second open-plan living room next to a large window. The ideal spot to drink a nice aperitif, prepared for you by our staff, while enjoying the amazing colourful sunset.
The first floor has a pool table and from the balcony you can look down on the modern open space area: 10-seat sofa on the side of the open American kitchen next to the dining table. This floor also has a big crystal wall that offers views to the amazing large 400m2 garden that is surrounded by trees and all the indigenous flowers and plants of Bali, and has a 15m x 3m swimming pool with comfortable modern long chairs.
The villa also provides a modern hi-tech Media Center equipped with large LCD monitor 46 inch, DVD player, home theatre, computer i-Pod cable, 1000 dvd movies, TV-cable with 40 international channels in the living room downstairs, 24h ADSL wireless unlimited internet connection and television in all the bedrooms.
